Using her unique three-day action plan, Kathryn helped struggling households to tackle everything from fussy food habits, bedtime battles and terrible tantrums. She armed parents with the confidence, skills and techniques to help them restore harmony to family life for good.

Nanny Kathryn Mewes had over 20 years’ experience working with children and their parents. She was trained at the prestigious Norland Nanny School and set up her own nanny practice where she worked intensively with hundreds of families to give them bespoke troubleshooting advice.
